Co-designing and implementing tools to drive digital inclusion - Launching Salford's Triage Tool

As lead partner working alongside the agency Mortar and the Local Government Association, Salford City Council has successfully driven the development of a new 'Find Digital Help' tool, supporting people in getting online, using the internet and improving their digital skills. Salford's 'Digital Help Finder' tool enables front line staff, community partners and local residents to identify their digital inclusion needs and locate the most appropriate forms of support. The tool uses new technology, tailored algorithms and APIs, to successfully bring together the area's local digital inclusion network, partners, services and resources to deliver a dynamic campaign of digital support for local residents.
