Governing our national Economic Architecture

In this talk, Steven Steer, Principal Data Consultant at Zühlke will take you through a methodology he devised for changing the way society makes decisions over its ‘shared societal services’, which often involve significant governmental oversight. He will then show you how he put his theory into action by coming up with a plan to manage the digitalisation of the energy system which was included in the UK’s Energy Digitalisation Taskforce, and is presently under governmental review.
