Automation for good

In this session, Lianne Anderton, Lead Digital Delivery Manager, will be discussing DWP Digital’s The Garage, including how they use automation for good to positively impact millions of citizens. The Garage is a fast-paced and collaborative workspace, using agile working methods to continuously improve existing services through testing and exploring innovative ideas and technologies to solve operational problems. The use of automation in The Garage is about simplifying and streamlining the customer and colleague experience and, in the process, becoming more efficient.
