Michelle joined Iron Mountain in October 2018 and has the honour of leading the Digital Sales and Technical Pre-Sales experts. She works directly and indirectly in understanding our customers' digital challenges and designing innovative solutions. As a solution minded, results-oriented leader, Michelle has experience with high-quality designs, setting the example for the team and representing the region passionately. Before joining Iron Mountain, she had a customer focussed career working in Digital Solutions representing many customers for digital hosting, digital mailroom and digitisation programmes.
