Steven Steer Steven Steer is a Principle Data Consultant at Zuhlke. He has a wealth of experience from a diverse range of backgrounds, including government, energy, and academia. Before joining Zuhlke in 2021, he was the Head of Data at Ofgem for five years where he led the development of regulatory rules for how the energy industry uses data and created the government's Modernizing Energy Data (MED) program, which established the enterprise architecture for the Great Britain's digital energy system. Prior to that, Steven has held roles as a Data Scientist in the energy sector, a physicist in the advanced manufacturing of medical devices, and worked in various research positions at University of Cambridge, University of Surrey and University of Manchester.
