Ned Gartside is a service designer at Defra who’s passionate about sustainability and systems thinking. Alongside his day job designing a new digital waste tracking service, he has led the planet-centred design working group, a small collection of volunteers who have drafted a set of principles to guide multidisciplinary towards the design and delivery of greener services.
